WRA's Fall Softball Program, informally called "Fall Ball," offers our female athletes an opportunity to continue to hone their softball skills during the late summer and early autumn months. Game records are not kept and no tournaments occur. Its aim is to give our teams an opportunity to form stronger bonds and better prepare themselves for competitive Springtime competition via Fall practices, clinics, scrimmages, and exhibition games.
US Youth Soccer TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is a community-based training and team placement program for young athletes with disabilities, organized by youth soccer association volunteers. The program is designed to bring the opportunity of learning and playing soccer to any boy or girl, who has a mental or physical disability.
Rec Select gives motivated players an additional playing opportunity for in-season and post season RecSelect tournaments in the area. Extra practice is part of the experience. Additional expenses may be incurred and payment will be requested at that time. Enrollment requires an IM Soccer registration for the same season.
This registration is for prospective Intramural Soccer referees to receive communications about game assignments, game cancellations, and training opportunities. Please ensure that your account includes the referee's email address and cell phone with text messaging enabled.
Intramural (IM) Soccer provides a fun environment for kids to learn and enjoy soccer. WRA IM Soccer welcomes players from age 3 to 18.
Registration is for children that were invited to a roster by the head coach or an administrator of the Travel Soccer program.
Thank you for remitting payment in full. WRA may offer financial assistance, via a scholarship, to those in need. Please contact a Coordinator. Requests will be kept under strict confidence.
Refund Policy (updated 05/09/2020):
Accepting a roster position with one of our teams may deny another child an opportunity to play. We encourage all of our families to ask any/all questions you have regarding our upcoming registration year before beginning the registration process so that refunds are not necessary. There is a merchant charge associated with these transactions and fixed program expenses that must be considered in our policy. Refunds will be considered in the following circumstances:
Withdrawal by the player prior to 7/8/2020 (team registration deadline) - 50% refund of fees collected
Withdrawal by the player after 7/8/2020 - no refund of collected fees
Cancellation of the whole season by Government or Governing Bodies - refund of fees less incurred program expenses (e.g. field maintenance, insurance)
Modification of the season timing that does not result in refund of league fees back to the Club will not be subject to refund of fees to families
Extenuating circumstances may be considered by the Travel Soccer Coordinator or Boys/Girls Coordinator upon written request.
This supplemental waiver is required of all participants (e.g. player, coach, manager or volunteer) PRIOR to resuming youth sports activities sponsored by the WRA.
Co-Ed Fall Baseball 2020 for players ages 6 to 14 years old. The season is scheduled to begin in early September and run for approximately 6 to 7 weeks.
The WRA teams will participate in either a rec league made up of teams from Towamencin, Montgomery, Nor-Gwyn and Ambler, the popular sandlot format or in Senior League divisions.
